Well, this has been a tough one for me. We recently found out that Hadley has a wondering eye. She has to wear a patch each night in hopes to strengthen it. This has been tough for me for more than one reason.
1. Anytime you have to watch your child struggle it is painful.
2. She does. not. like. it.
3. She says "I can't see?" when she puts it on. (this makes momma's heart hurt)
4. She really struggles to see with it on.
5. It is a struggle every night to get her to wear it.
6. Why didn't I notice this sooner.
In hopes to improve the situation, we let her bling it up! It really didn't help much. She has an appointment with a Pediatric Opthamologist and we are praying he can give us some direction! It's in our prayers every day that God heals her little eye and we would appreciate your prayers for that too!
Now I realize there are much worse things we could be dealing with and that others deal with. But as I said before, it is heart breaking to see your child struggle. My heart goes out to other parents that have to see their children struggle in whatever way it may be.
