February Snow Storm/Blizzard #2

We had a 2nd snow storm that hit after my birthday.  I appreciated them taking a break for my birthday :)
However, this one was a bit nerve racking.  This one was coming as a blizzard!  The blizzard happened on Sunday night and we were scheduled to fly to Florida on Wednesday. In the meantime we had to get to OKC to get the girls to the family to stay while we were gone. Plans got changed a little and the girls went a little bit early, Sunday, to be sure we could get them there.  We got them to OKC on a beautful sunny 60 degree day.  That night we got back home, the snow began.  That's when we got a little nervous. We had to be in Wichita to catch our flight early Wednesday morning. We were snowed in. There was no getting out of our driveway and even if we did we weren't going anywhere on our road!  Thankfully the road grader came by on Tuesday and we were clear to go!!!

The road was finally cleared and we could get down the road only with 4 wheel drive though!

 

 

Aggie was happy she could finally make it back over to her favorite neighbors!
